VolunSailing outcomes published!

We are happy to announce that “VolunSailing” project has concluded!

Two years of continuous work of Polish Yachting Association, Hungarian Sailing Federation and “Wind Hunters” Sport Club teams has resulted in reaching the project goals.

The documents that constitute the project outcomes are ready to download HERE.

We produced 4 language versions: English, Polish, Hungarian and Romanian, so all interested parties can make use of our system.

Our tool constitutes of seven documents (the system and 6 annexes), which, in our view, cover all aspects of volunteering in sailing organization. We also put together an additional document, called “Instruction”, that guides the user through our idea of how to establish and sustainably run volunteering in any given sailing organization with the use of our tool.

We welcome everyone to check out our outcomes and, hopefully, make use of it in the near future. We strongly believe that sailing organizations can benefit tremendously from introducing volunteers into their structures. We encourage you to try that for yourself. It is now extremely easy with the use of the “VolunSailing” tool.
