He is a level 2 sailing coach and a windsurfing instructor. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Sports Management (FIFA\/CIES) as well as in Leadership Psychology in Organizations. Moreover, his experience includes 8 years of coaching and instructional work and he is an activist of the Gda\u0144sk Sailing Club (i.e. a member of the Management Board for Development). He has 8 years of experience in managing the National Sailing Education Programme along with numerous projects in the field of competitive and recreational sports. He has been involved in the organization of events and sporting competitions related to sailing for 15 years. He organised 9 international seminars in collaboration with World Sailing between 2014 and 2019. He is the Polish Yachting Association\u2019s delegate to the World Sailing Development Symposium. In the \u201cVolunSailing\u201d project Maciej will be responsible for preparing the workshops and assigning the correct methodology to the tasks and activities undertaken during the course of the project. He will also be responsible for the collaboration with the graphic designer, concerning the looks of the visual identification of the project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr Anna Maria Kuder,<\/strong> the Deputy Project Coordinator, is also: &#8211; an employee of the Association (she works with the Departments of: Training and Development, Sports, Marketing and Communication), &#8211; the author of the Association\u2019s volunteering programme (created in 2019) and the programme coordinator (https:\/\/pya.org.pl\/polski-zwiazek-zeglarski\/page\/wolontariat-pzz\/), &#8211; a researcher at the University of Warsaw, &#8211; a communications specialist (with a Doctorate in Linguistics); she is fluent in Polish Sign Language. She gained her organisational experience by cooperating with international partners and travelling to partner countries for the implementation of many international educational projects. She was the Secretary General in charge of the Organising Committee of the SIGN9 International Conference (held in Warsaw in 2018). She was involved in the organisation of Volvo Gdynia Sailing Days 2019 and other numerous events and projects related to sailing within the framework of the Association. In the \u201cVolunSailing\u201d project Anna will be responsible for the administrative and formal issues. As a communication specialist, she will be responsible for collaboration with the translators and for creating the final version of all the documents published at the project website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weronika Dyjas<\/strong>, the Analytical Coordinator, is also: -an employee of the Association working in the Department of Training and Development, -the Deputy Coordinator of the National Sailing Education Programme \u201cPolSailing.\u201dShe holds a Master of Science degree in Quality Management and Production Engineering. She is a sailing instructor of the Association and has 10 years of experience in training and examining sailing and motorboat patents at the REDA Sailing Club. Her experience also includes 3 years of managing maritime education projects carried out on sailing ships and 5 years of implementing the projects aimed at promoting sailing in cooperation with the public administration, including the Polish Ministry of Sport and Tourism and the Polish Ministry of National Defence. In the \u201cVolunSailing\u201d project Weronika will be responsible for conducting formal analyses, she will be closely collaborating with the Romanian team when it comes to handling project data, statistical analyses and databases. She will also be responsible for collaboration with an IT specialist appointed to set up and secure the project webpage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anna Sokulska<\/strong> is a<span class=\"TextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\">n office <\/span><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">e<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">mployee<\/span> <\/span><span class=\"TextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\">for<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\">the Polish <\/span><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">Yachting<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\"> Association <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\">in <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\">the <\/span><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">accounting<\/span> <span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">department<\/span> <\/span><span class=\"TextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">since<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\"> 2012.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"TextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">S<\/span><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">he<\/span> <\/span><span class=\"TextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">mainly<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\"> deals <\/span><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">with<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\"> the <\/span><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">settlement<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\"> of the junior national team in <\/span><span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">cooperation<\/span> <span class=\"SpellingErrorBCX4 SCXW46756803\">with<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRunBCX4 SCXW46756803\"> the public<\/span><\/span>\u00a0administration, including the Ministry of Sport and Tourism and other smaller ministerial projects, as well as the statutory and commercial activities of the association, including Gdynia Sailing Days sailing festival and other sailing events and projects.<\/p>\n<p>She graduated from the University of Warsaw in the field of European Studies specialising in international security. During her studies she learned how to acquire and account for European funds. She also holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree in sociology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Martyna Rawicz-Rutkowska is also\u00a0<\/strong>-an employee of the Association working in the Department of Sport;\u00a0-coordinator of the training program \u201ePYA coach academy\u201d;\u00a0&#8211; coordinator of the regatta office. She began her cooperation with PYA by a student internship.\u00a0She is involved in the organisation Polish and international events and projects related to sailing within the framework of the Association. Holds a Master\u2019s degree in Sport Management. Currently during her Master&#8217;s program in Sustainable Tourism Management in Portugal. She hopes she will find this course helpful in her collaboration with Polish Yachting Association.\u00a0She was always involved in sport and is an acrobatics instructor and a tennis animator.\u00a0Martyna took a part in student exchange Erasmus+ in Portugal, which had a positive impact on her human communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Partner &#8211; Hungarian Yachting Association:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Andr\u00e1s Holczhauser<\/strong> has been the secretary general of the Hungarian Sailing Federation since 2013. Under his years in office the federation\u2019s budget has tripled, EU-funded recreational projects started, the number of international programmes at federation increased and the results of the top sailors are better than ever. Being a teacher as his profession he believes in creating learning possibilities within the HSF, which can help continue the growth of the organisation and the sailing community. In the \u201cVolunSailing\u201d project, Andr\u00e1s represents the Hungarian Sailing Federation as its general secretary. He is going to introduce the progress of the project to the presidency of the HSF, and also to the Hungarian Secretary State when it is needed. Andr\u00e1s also deputizes the HSF at EUROSAF and World Sailing. As the work progresses and when the involvement of these organisations becomes necessary we will be able to successfully collaborate thanks to his good relationships. What is more, Andras will be responsible for the collaboration with the HSF media group regarding the domestic and later international promotion of the project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9ka Fluck<\/strong> is a sport coordinator and the head of office of the Hungarian Sailing Federation. R\u00e9ka takes care of the Hungarian race management system, namely event coordination, rules, evaluation systems, she liaises with the following committees: Race Management, Judging, Technical, Keelboat Classes Committee. She is also responsible for the races organised by the Hungarian Sailing Federation, one of which is the K\u00e9kszalag, which is the longest lake rounding regatta in Europe. R\u00e9ka is one of the persons responsible for the water organisation of the regattas. She is also a member of the organising committee in several international events, such as: Finn Silver Cup, Melges24 European Championship, 420-470 Youth European Championship, Laser Youth World Championship. R\u00e9ka will coordinate the \u201cVolunSailing\u201d project in Hungary. She will take care of the implementation tothe Hungarian system. She will examine the situation of domestic volunteering; she will present domestic statistics and regulators from partner countries. In addition to translating the completed documents, she will also organise the second meeting of the working group, which will be held in Hungary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nikolett Somogyi<\/strong> has been organizing sailing competitions for 4 years. She is a qualified jury and race official in Hungary. In our regattas she is usually part of the result scoring team. She has also been involved in organizing several competitions, for example: K\u00e9kszalag which is the biggest regatta in Hungary; Dragon European Championship and several smaller and bigger competitions in different classes like optimist, laser, melges24. Nikolett was involved in recruiting volunteers during the collage and she participated in volunteer programs too. In the \u201cVolunSailing\u201d project she will be responsible for demonstrating the organization of volunteer work in practice during the K\u00e9kszalag regatta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Katalin Mohos<\/strong> is the office manager of the Hungarian Sailing Federation, where she coordinates the work of her colleagues and takes an active part in organizing and arranging competitions. Katie is a German language teacher and she also has a degree in economics. She has been sailing since her childhood and later graduated as a coach. She has extensive experience in volunteering because she taught children and adults to sail for many years. Katie sails regularly in her spare time and enjoys traveling with her family. With her experience, she will greatly contribute to complete the casebook of the Volunsailing project.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project partner &#8211; Wind Hunters Sports Club Association <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alexandru Octavian Micu:<\/strong> Wind Hunters Sports Club Association President He is a Romanian yachting coach, and a participant in the World Sailing and Olympic Solidarity Scholarship in 2016. He is President of the Romanian Yachting Federation (2018-2020) and a university lecturer at the Maritime University of Constan\u021ba where he teaches Physical Education and Sport lessons, Marine practice and runs sailing and canoe sports circles. At the Maritime University of Constanta he participated in the following Erasmus + projects: TCC-SCV, NEOCOL, SeaMap. In the \u201cVolunSailing\u201d project Alexandru Micu will be responsible for managing the Romanian partner\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alexandru Straton<\/strong> He is a university lecturer at the Maritime University of Constan\u021ba where he teaches lessons in Physical Education and Sports, Marine Practice and participates in the organization of sports sailing and canoe circles. Straton Alexandru is a fitness instructor at PhosphorGym and SanGym Brick from Constanta. At the Maritime University of Constanta he participated in the following Erasmus + projects: TCC-SCV, NEOCOL, SeaMap. In the \u201cVolunSailing\u201d project Alexandru Straton will be in charge of research and statistics of the project\u2019s outcome data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Armando-Aurelian Zahariade<\/strong> He is an actual voluntary the association and participated as mainsail trimmer on Simina 2 boat at the 2018 and 2019 editions of National Offshore Championship Of Romania. He graduated the Academy of Economical Studies, Bucharest at the profile: The Firm Management in 2008. He has as well a diploma as \u201dAsistent manager HoReCa\u201d in 1998 issued by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Shipping and Agriculture. He is until now (2020) the manager of Nautic Expert SRL registered in Constan\u021ba.
